Abstract

This study seeks to contribute to the theoretical and pragmatic construction of the scope of the Right to Family Life in Brazil, systematically working on the issue, starting from international and national regulations, in order to add coherence and consistency to this right, established under article 227 of the 1988 Brazilian Constitution.
