The limitations or restrictions to the exercise capacity can emanate from the law or a court judgment that is based on the law. The new order, founded on the principles arising from the constitutional block, especially the International Convention on the rights of the Child and the International Convention on persons with disabilities (art. 75 Inc. 22 CN) configures a system highly protective of the rights of all persons.
