Abstract

This paper analyzes the aspects of Advance Directives registries. Therefore, an analysis of the species of DAV and how the countries that have legislated about the subject recording these documents. Thus, it becomes possible to punctuate the questions that need to be considered and discussed in order to standardize the registration form of the DAV in Brazil.
