The Association acquired several undivided shares (collectively referred to as "Properties") of a commercial building under construction in the city of Curitiba, State of Paraná. The development, referred to as the "Development," is located on one of the most important avenues in the capital of Paraná. Construction of the Development has been abandoned since 2014, when a little over two floors had already been built, in addition to the basements intended for parking spaces. The Association intends to resume construction and complete the project. It was for this purpose that a Purchase and Sale Agreement was executed by public deed, in which the Association appeared as the buyer of the Properties. [...]
