This article aims to analyze the phenomenon of shared economy within the scope of the Brazilian judiciary. To this end, we opted for a systematic review of the jurisprudential findings on the proposed theme, delimiting the study based on the following guiding question: how the Courts of Justice of the Northeast and Southeast regions are analyzing contractual relations within the scope of the new Economy Sharing? Thus, after the establishment of a previous research protocol, only decisions that dealt with the shared economy within the scope of private contracts were included, summarizing the results and presenting a discussion about them. In this way, a detailed overview of the discussions and solutions found on the subject was drawn up within the scope of the Courts studied.
