Acceptance, Adaptation, Hope: the Fundamental Coordinates of Aging

Abstract

This study approaches the difficulties in getting old, from the dependence that is developed towards other people to the lack of acceptance of one`s physical condition, and shows the relevant role that elderly people themselves play in building a better quality of life.
