Abstract

Reflects on the concept of moral damage, discussing corrective justice in the task of quantifying compensation. It presents the contents of some legal assets that once violated generate the right to compensation for moral damages. It discusses the challenge of criteria for the quantification of moral damages in the face of legislative omission. It constructs parameters that can assist the judge in the quantification of compensation for moral damages.
