Hidden Risks in Real Estate Transactions and the Principle of Concentration

This article analyzes the regulation of the principle of concentration by Law No. 13,097 of 2015 on the registry activity and real estate transactions. For this, the individual analysis of each relevant piece of legislation on the subject devices is made. In order to contextualize the structural change proposed by the law, it approaches the requirements for real estate transactions before the changes and shortcomings of the old model.
