The ethical values permeate the normative tissue of the Brazilian Civil Code of 2002; especially in contractual matters, this value judgment is very visible and well demarked in the guiding principles of contemporary contracts, being evident that the principle of the contract’s social function and the principle of objective good faith reflect the application of constitutional values on contracts.
