Tensões entre sigilo e transparência e as reflexões sobre os segredos de negócio no mercado de dados pessoais

O presente estudo pretende tecer considerações preliminares sobre a categoria jurídica dos segredos de negócio e a suas repercussões no mercado de dados pessoais. Pretende-se entender o que são os segredos de negócio, qual a extensão do sigilo que lhes é conferida, e quais elementos do mercado de dados pessoais podem ser considerados como segredos. Em seguida, pretende-se compreender como se desenvolvem as tensões entre sigilo e transparência no âmbito da proteção de dados pessoais e quais devem ser algumas reflexões para orientar tentativas de conciliação entre esses dois extremos.
